Case packer normally used in big factory,because of it’s complicated structure and high automation,this machine need maintenance on time.
Case packer price is much higher than standard machine,this machine normally designed base on customer’s different products and requirements,so the maintenance is very important,this also could save much cost for their factory.
So how to maintenance a case packer?

 

1. Clean filling robot on time.this part is most complicated component. Clean every details after machine stopped each day.
2. Read machine specifications carefully,it shows each lubrication place with lubrication interval.
3. Use machine under rated efficiency,do not overload.
4. Keep machine horizontal,if machine incline,pls adjust the leg to ensure the gradienter honrizontal.
