Environmental problems are becoming more and more serious now,especially the soil,water and air pollution. With the improvement of living standards, most countries have made great efforts in garbage disposal, recycling, concentrated treatment, screening and so on.
But during the waste material transportation,there’s still has garbage dispersal,smells and sewage leak problems,this caused secondary pollution for environment.
2008-2010,Varipac researched and successful tested new Full-automatic horizontal baling press machine and 6sides bale wrapping machine,this system could press waste material as a bale,and then 6sides wrapping directly.
Whole system do not need any operators,wrapped waste material solved garbage dispersal,smells and sewage leak during transportation,otherwise,wrapped bale saved much storage space,make it tidy and easy recycling. This system most suit for Power plant,cement plant and recycling industry etc., pressed and wrapped waste material could be incinerated for power generation or for landfill, even close to densely populated areas,it will not make any big smells and garbage dispersal problems.
